How do I book an event?
To book an event you must first check the availability of the venue, you will find this feature under SERVICES. Please select your desired date and start time. You will find further instructions as you proceed. Someone will respond to you within 24-48 hours.
How do I cancel an event?
To cancel an event, please contact us directly.
By phone: coming soon or email: info@theroseali.com. Someone will advise you from there.
NO REFUND, you will have 12 months to reschedule your event.
Will I receive a refund for a cancelled event?
No refunds. You will have 12 months to reschedule your event. All payments will be kept by business.
May I use my own catering services?
Yes, outside catering is allowed. The Roseali does not offer catering services at this time.
Please keep in mind your venue rental hours (6) includes the set-up and break down of your event.
Is there an age requirement to rent the venue?
Yes, you must be 21 years of age and provide a copy of your drivers license when signing the contract.
The persons renting must be present for the entire event.
The renter can not rent for minors unless it is an approved event by the owner. Approval for events for minors will be considered on an individual basis.
When are deposits/payments due?
An initial NON REFUNDABLE deposit of 40% of the entire rental fee is due upon reserving the venue. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to event.
Security Deposit
Security deposit is required 48 hours before event. A hold will be placed on the credit card submitted at signing of The Roseali venue contract. The hold will be released 1 business day after the final walk through by the owner is completed and there are no damages to the venue.
If I need more time, is that an option?
Yes, If you need to enter earlier and scheduling permits, the fee is $150 for each additional hour. You will have a 15 minute grace period after events
Are any events prohibited?
Yes.
Approval is needed by the owner for any parties for minors (teens).
Alcohol policy
All bartenders must be insured and bonded up to $1 million dollars, Renters must submit documents 14 days before event to OWNER.
There is a strict no BYOB policy, all liquor must be delivered before the start of your event to the approved bartender of your event.

Weekdays 11pm and Friday-Saturday 12am
